Opt-out Policy

At Great Western Home Loans, we take our opt-out policy seriously. We recognize the trust you place in us when you provide us with your personal information and strive to use it responsibly. To protect your information, we have implemented this opt-out policy for you to request no more communications from Service First.

We aim to communicate with our customers in a way that meets their individual needs. Therefore, you may opt out of communications for marketing and other purposes at any time.

However, please note that some communications may be necessary for transaction-related activities and will not be affected if you choose to opt-out.  This may include but is not limited to transaction updates, payment notifications, and other vital communications necessary to conduct day-to-day business.

Recipients of Service First commercial messages may call 800-321-2320 and/or email OptOut@sfmc.com to Opt-out out of future marketing messages.  Please allow up to 30 days to be completely removed from our marketing systems.

Although we are sorry to see you go, we welcome you back anytime in the future should you choose to opt back in. If you wish to do so, simply contact our marketing department or your loan officer and we will be more than happy to assist you with it.
